DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Rumours: Everything We Know

DJI moved fast on this one โ€” the standard Osmo Pocket 4 is already out, which means the real rumour mill has shifted entirely to the dual-camera Pro variant expected to follow.

Why we're labelling this so carefully: Twisti's whole value is showing you real, current prices โ€” not guesses. None of the pricing below is confirmed. We're publishing it because people are genuinely searching for this information already, but we'd rather be upfront that it's industry speculation than let a rumour read like a fact.

What's confirmed

Confirmed

DJI announced the standard Osmo Pocket 4 on April 16, 2026. It ships with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, 4K video at up to 120fps, roughly 107GB of built-in storage with transfer speeds up to 800MB/s, and a 1545mAh battery rated for over 200 minutes of use.

Confirmed

The standard Pocket 4 weighs around 116g, a roughly 35% reduction from the 179g Osmo Pocket 3, and includes ActiveTrack 7.0 subject tracking and 4-channel audio input.

What's reported (analyst / supply-chain sourced)

Reported

Photo Rumors reports a Pro variant (referred to as the Osmo Pocket 4P or Pro) is coming next, timed for a June 2026 announcement specifically to avoid cannibalising standard-model sales.

Reported

The New Camera reports the Pro model will add a second, telephoto lens alongside the existing wide-angle camera, with leaked prototype images suggesting 3xโ€“4x optical zoom via the secondary lens.

Reported

Notebookcheck reports the dual-camera Pro's release date has been "tipped" for imminent unveiling, though DJI has not confirmed a firm date as of this writing.

Reported

Pricing chatter cited by Redshark News and StartRC Store suggests the Pro variant will launch "around US$700" for its base configuration โ€” similar to where the standard Pocket 4 landed โ€” though final Pro pricing with the telephoto module is still unconfirmed.

Twisti's opinion

Opinion

DJI has a strong track record of shipping the "Pro" variant it teases within a quarter or two, so we'd treat the dual-camera Pocket 4P as more likely than not to arrive close to the rumoured window. Whether the telephoto lens is genuinely useful on a device this small, versus a marketing checkbox, remains to be seen โ€” DJI's track record on secondary lenses (see: Osmo Action 4/5) has been a little hit and miss.

What we'll update

We'll update this page with confirmed Pro-model specs and pricing the moment DJI makes it official, and add NZ retail pricing for both models as they land locally.
