By using Twisti, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
What Twisti does
Twisti searches publicly available pricing from third-party retailers and generates AI-assisted verdicts to help you decide whether to buy, wait, or compare. Prices, stock, and promotions are set entirely by the retailers themselves and can change at any time without notice.
No guarantee of accuracy
We make a genuine effort to keep prices current and verdicts useful, but we can't guarantee that every price shown is accurate, in stock, or still available by the time you reach the retailer's site. Always confirm price and availability on the retailer's own page before purchasing.
AI-generated content
Verdicts, pros/cons, and recommendations are generated by AI based on available data. They're intended as a helpful starting point, not financial or purchasing advice, and shouldn't be treated as a guarantee of the best outcome.
Affiliate relationships
Twisti may earn a commission when you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, via affiliate programmes such as Commission Factory. This does not affect the price you pay, and does not influence how prices are sorted or which verdict is shown.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know at hello@twisti.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Please don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload Twisti's systems, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
Twisti is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from price inaccuracies, retailer stock changes, or decisions made based on an AI verdict.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Twisti after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
