Google hasn't issued a formal Pixel 11 announcement yet, but it has confirmed a Made by Google event pattern that lands every August, so a launch this coming August is effectively locked in by precedent even though Google hasn't sent invites.

An August launch means this one is close enough that waiting could genuinely make sense if you're due an upgrade, especially since NZ pricing on Pixel phones has historically tracked US pricing fairly closely once converted. If you need a phone in the next month or two, though, the Pixel 10 range is a known quantity with a proven camera stack, and Twisti regularly sees its prices soften right before a new Pixel lands as retailers clear stock.
